The accommodations at Finch
Bay were great! The staff was courteous and
knowledgeable and the food was good on the buffets. The
naturalists really knew their information about the
wildlife of the islands and were good at explaining

| "Your service was
excellent. The Galapagos Legend was very good. Your person stated
they would see if an upgrade was possible. Due to a large group
that was shifted to the Legend that wanted our size cabin we were
upgraded to a Jr. Suite at no cost.
The Galapagos
Legend was excellent. My son is 6’ 5” tall. One day the ship’s
Activity Director noticed that when my son was getting on board from
the zodiac he hit his head coming through the opening. On the final
day she asked him his room number. When they did the briefing for
our departure she mentioned that if anyone needed special
accommodations on the flight to let her know. She point to him and
said she had taken action already. When we checked in we had
bulkhead seat for the extra leg room.
Maria was our
naturalist and she was great. She kept the group moving while
allowing everyone to get their pictures and views. She made sure
everyone was aware of how we must protect the island for the
ecosystem and to allow others the same experience in the future. I
think because she felt that we were there to protect and explore she
made a special effort to show us special things within the
parameters of the ships outings.
Excellent, I wish
we could have stayed for the 8 day trip. We had to laugh that we (in
the USA) planned a side trip in Ecuador using a Banff firm. The
Canadians that work with my wife said that was the best and only way
to do things."

"A friend
of my wife's had encouraged us to go to Galapagos and recommended
Linblad, and provided some brochures. My wife checked Lindblad's
website, thought they were quite expensive and didn't cover the all
the places we wanted so she searched further. She came across Inti
Travel and noticed that it was a Canadian company and seemed to
offer lots of choices so we contacted you for information. We found
you to be very responsive in answering all our questions.
The
mainland guide to Cotopaxi was top notch. It was a marvelous
experience taking the Chiva Express. The stop at Machachi for a
breakfast treat was supberb. The Ecuadorian humitas and cinnamon
drink in such beautiful surroundings was very enjoyable. Our guide
was great in explaining the history of the railroad and Cotopaxi
itself.
The ship in Galapagos was bigger and a bit fancier than we had
expected. The boat crew were friendly and very helpful on the
Zodiac. Special note should be made of the steward who arranged our
towels in different bird shapes.
The
naturalists guide both on board and on the tours were extremely
knowledgeable and answered all our questions. You could tell that
they really enjoyed what they were doing. We never felt rushed. One
guide, Yvonne, had been doing this for 22 years and was by far the
best. She would notice something unusual along the path and would
stop to talk to us about it."

Our experience at the Napo Wildlife Center
was just as wonderful as the Galapagos. The whole idea of a native
ethnic group rejecting oil exploration and creating a beautiful
experience in the jungle greatly appealed to us. Our guide, Daniel
and especially our native guide Javier, were uncanny in their
ability to hear birds in the wild and pinpoint them for viewing.

the Galapagos Islands. Once again,

our travel needs to the Galapagos in an efficient and timely
manner. An agent met us at the Quito Airport to see us off
and help us with check-in. The Diamante boat and crew were
great. The food was always presented in a very pleasant and
artistic arrangement and was very appetizing. The cabins
were small but very efficiently laid out and comfortable.
We would highly recommend Inti

and were given plenty of opportunity to go snorkeling and

that my daughter and I had a great trip to Ecuador and the
Galapagos. We were upgraded to the Eden and found it quite
comfortable. The crew were wonderful and so friendly and
helpful. The cook, working in his little kitchen, was
nothing short of miraculous. The itinerary was tight and
they worked us very hard! I had not expected so many swim
and beach trips so that was a huge plus for me.
We were also very impressed with
the country of Ecuador, the Andes, the thermal spring spa at
Papallacta that we spent two days at, and the wonderful
people.

Every day was special, and the animals were even more spectacular
than we could have guessed. As an evolutionary biologist and
conservationist, this trip was like being in heaven.

attentive to the needs and interests of the guests, and careful to
