Celebrity Cruise Galapagos - Our newest
cruise ship is one that sails
you back into history, through the fabled waters surrounding the
Galapagos Islands. Cruise aboard
Celebrity Xpedition and you'll experience a sense of
intimacy that can only be achieved aboard a smaller ship. And yet,
Celebrity Xpedition is filled with touches that are
luxuriously familiar. Morning mimosas, daily massages and moonlit
toasts are just a few of the spoils you'll enjoy as you embrace the
timelessness of the Galapagos Islands - a land that time has
seemingly forgotten.

Blue
Finch Bar
Recount the day's activities over
a drink as you take in the spectacular outdoor views
from the Blue Finch Bar, located on the Panorama Deck.
|

The Spa
on the Sunrise Deck
With a hot tub, sauna and sunning area, you'll find
every amenity you need to feel good from your head to
your toes on the Sunrise Deck. |
Many destinations promise visitors the chance to "step back
into history." A Celebrity Xpedition to the Galapagos Islands perhaps best
exemplifies that promise, as we take you to a destination that helped to
shape one of the world’s leading scientific doctrines. Known as the place
that inspired Charles Darwin's theory of evolution, the Galapagos Islands
offers visitors a rare, up-close view of land and sea animals, as well as
plant life found nowhere else on earth.
At 17 knots, you'll sail
Celebrity Xpedition, into the
fabled waters of the Galapagos. As the perfect complement to the exotic,
we've filled Xpedition with touches of the familiar and a sense of intimacy
sailing with only 92 guests. The Celebrity Xpedition is designed to provide
you with many of the amenities you would expect from Celebrity, from gourmet
cuisine to comfortable staterooms, to impeccable service.

We also want to insure you get the most of this life-enriching destination.
Therefore, our naturalist will accompany you to all the locations throughout
the Galapagos and will also be onboard to provide lectures and briefings
each night. You'll find there is plenty of space to walk the decks and take
in the scenery. The sunrise deck is perfect for a guided star gazing
session, and our marine landing is ideal for easy boarding on one of the
four Zodiac landing rafts.
Part of the experience will be sharing your discoveries with others you meet
onboard. The Blue Finch Bar and The Discovery Lounge are perfect settings to
relax and recount the day's activities.
Here is a sampling of the amenities and services included onboard:
- Hot tub, sauna & exercise equipment - Massage - Exterior windows in all staterooms - Library - Restaurants: Darwin's Restaurant & Beagle Grill - Room Service
"I just wanted to drop you a somewhat belated note
(sorry!) to thank you both most sincerely for all your
assistance with our trip to the Galapagos, my wife will
remember her 50th birthday surprise forever. The
experience surpassed our wildest dreams and has given us
some great memories and pictures! The overall organisation
and attention to detail, the cruise ship and celebrity
staff, the stays and visits in Quito and of course
everything the islands have to offer were all just a
fantastic experience. It truly was a trip of a life time and one I would and
will recommend to anyone. Thank you again for organising everything. I hope you
can be of assistance with our travel plans again in the
future." - David Walker, UK
